Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Analyze revenue, cost structures, and gross margins by product, channel, and customer
Build and maintain financial models and reports using Microsoft Excel
Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
Analyze sales and profitability data from Shopify and Amazon
Monitor key e-commerce metrics including sales trends, AOV, returns, and fees
Analyze promotions, advertising spend, fulfillment, and shipping costs
Extract and analyze data from SAGE ERP
Support pricing, margin, inventory, and customer profitability analysis
Analyze inventory turnover, aged inventory, and working capital
Support vendor rebate programs and purchasing analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Maintain rolling forecasts and operational models
Provide financial input for growth initiatives
Partner with Accounting, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and platforms, assist with reconciliations and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAGE
Experience with e-commerce and/or wholesale distribution
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
Exposure to BI tools
Knowledge of HVAC or industrial distribution
