Representing clients in the buying, selling, or renting of real estate properties

Providing expert advice to clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Conducting market research
Implementing effective sales and negotiation strategies
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate operations
Excellent skills in Customer Service and Sales for fostering client relationships and driving transactions
Understanding of Real Property concepts and market trends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Active Washington State Real Estate Broker License required
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative hybrid work environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience with regional real estate markets is a plus
