Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition through direct sales efforts, including prospecting, cold outreach, and networking
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain accurate and timely data in CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Arete’s product offerings to position solutions effectively
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, or related field
3+ years of direct B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology solutions
