They are seeking a Junior Creative to support their in-house content team with video production, editing, and photography to contribute to brand growth and e-commerce sales.

Responsibilities
Shoot and edit paid video ads for e-commerce and social platforms
Assist with production of product tour, how-to, and educational videos
Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
Assist in operating and managing TikTok Shop Live streams
Support long-form YouTube video production and editing
Maintain consistent brand style, pacing, and messaging across all video content
Assist on lifestyle and infinite white (studio) photo shoots
Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and product imagery
Support setup, lighting, product prep, and asset organization
Organize and manage media assets (photo/video) across internal systems
Assist with exporting, formatting, and delivering assets for paid media, web, and social use
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to meet content deadlines
Create content designed to drive conversions and sales
Stay aware of current trends in social media, e-commerce ads, and video styles
Support ongoing creative testing and optimization for paid ads
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of experience in video production, editing, or photography (internships and freelance count)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom preferred)
Basic understanding of video shooting fundamentals (framing, lighting, audio)
Experience managing and organizing digital media files
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
Passion for content creation, social media, and e-commerce brands
Preferred
Experience creating content for paid ads or e-commerce brands
Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ad formats
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Interest in automotive, action sports, or lifestyle brands
