Responsibilities
Own and lead the end-to-end performance of the Energy Division, including P&L, delivery, quality, and growth
Oversee a portfolio of complex, engineered projects, ensuring excellence in cost, schedule, risk, and customer outcomes
Act as Senior Project Manager on select high-visibility or strategic programs
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with government bodies, national laboratories, utilities, and major energy developers
Drive scalable execution systems, strong PMO discipline, and a high-performance, safety-focused culture
Qualification
Required
12+ years' leadership experience in nuclear, energy, or similarly regulated industries
Proven ownership of business unit P&L, forecasting, margin management, and growth
Strong background in project portfolio management, EVMS, and commercial delivery
Experience operating in regulated environments with rigorous quality and safety requirements
Confident executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at board, customer, and regulator level
Engineering or technical degree required

Preferred
advanced degree or MBA
PMP, PE, or equivalent certification
