Responsibilities

Coordinate client invoicing and QC sales orders to ensure Accounting has all applicable billing information
Create Sales Orders and Projects for Data Projects as necessary
Monthly sales forecasting and comparison to actuals
Monthly Postage Usage and Inventory Reports, maintaining client postage balances and reconciliations
Participate in monthly stamp inventory counts
Creation and data entry of internal costs for production, data, and creative teams
Data entry of client invoiced amounts, vendor costs, and budget amounts into legacy software for reporting purposes
Maintain client projects in Journyx and Globe
Track client travel, billable vs. non-billable, work with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing
Handle reports, analysis, and special projects

Qualification

Required

1+ years of relevant experience in an office environment
Expertise in handling confidential and sensitive employee, customer, and company information
Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple deadline-oriented projects, adaptable to changing conditions and requirements
Must be able to meet communicated schedules and deadlines
Strong customer-service and oral and written communication skills required and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills required, including Excel and Word
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff
Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
Effective problem-solving abilities, sound decision-making and judgment, and a commitment to quality

Preferred

Associate's degree or higher preferred
Experience with NetSuite a plus
