Responsibilities
Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
Handling post-closing loan functions as they relate to consumer loans
Auditing and quality control of consumer loans
Preparing files for storage and retention
Tracking exceptions and assisting Loan Originators and Loan Processors to remedy errors and/or exceptions
Tracking and following up on final titles and recorded liens
Interacting professionally with internal team members, credit union members, outside third party vendors, and others
Answering, supporting, and troubleshooting items received from internal and external member phone calls, email, or other correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Following guided process and procedure when completing responsibilities
Completing work assignments by assigned deadlines
Maintaining a base knowledge of the applicable credit union products, processes, policies and systems
Qualification
Required
High school education or GED
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other computer systems used for general use
Proficient organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Preferred
One to three years of financial institution or related experience preferred
