Talent Acquisition Intern
CRB is a company looking to provide students with practical experience in recruiting and hiring. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruiting team with day‑to‑day operations, gaining hands-on exposure to various recruiting activities while contributing to the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing, reviewing, and screening candidates for open roles
Support interview scheduling, calendar coordination, and candidate logistics
Draft and send candidate communications throughout the hiring process
Help maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support onboarding‑related recruiting tasks and handoffs
Assist with recruitment reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks
Support campus recruiting and early‑career hiring efforts as needed
Help document recruiting processes and ensure consistency across workflows
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Ability to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday- Thursday) in North Kansas City
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR administration
Detail‑oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
