IT Support / Help Desk Technician (Contract-onsite Austin)
The HT Group is seeking an IT Support / Help Desk Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for internal users in their Austin office. This hands-on, onsite role involves managing a high volume of tickets and supporting various IT needs for employees.

Responsibilities
Provide basic IT help desk support for internal employees (password resets, hardware/software issues, printers, cameras, peripherals, etc.)
Set up and support workstations, conference rooms, and office equipment
Handle onboarding tasks in Active Directory (user setup, security groups)
Manage and resolve tickets using the ticketing system
Help create and improve IT documentation
Work closely with a small IT team and serve as the main onsite support for the Austin office
Qualification
Required
Experience in a help desk or desktop support role
Comfortable working in a small team and figuring things out independently
Hands-on, willing to move around the office and set up equipment
Mostly PC environment (some Mac)
