Bilingual Receptionist

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and office organization
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional and friendly demeanor
Preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
