Responsibilities
Follow up on E-Signature approvals and ensure the execution of Advisory Agreements
Maintain accurate records of account openings and updates
Manage money movement, tax reporting information, and RMD calculations as needed
Provide online assistance and support to clients
Assist in the processing of 401(k) rollovers, including follow-up on rollover deposits
Monitor and process daily alerts and notifications from all custodians
Stay informed on custodial system updates and deadlines through email notifications
Process check deposits, confirm deposit postings to accounts, and maintain the deposit ledger
Record information for closed accounts and ensure proper filing
Maintain deposit records and manage secure messaging
Provide assistance with special projects as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Input applications and follow up on additional information requests
Manage the approval process and mail out policies upon receipt
Post policy summaries to the CRM system (Red Tail)
Review client accounts regularly to assess liquidity needs
Perform final Quality Assurance checks during client and account onboarding
Provide complex client customer service management
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with custodial systems and processes
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Preferred
Experience with financial services, specifically in account management and client services
