Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of provider recruitment from sourcing through assignment completion
Build and maintain relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers, serving as their primary point of contact
Partner with Client Development Managers to align provider pipelines with live vacancies
Manage multiple active provider workflows with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail
Guide providers through licensing, credentialing, compliance, and onboarding
Manage provider schedules, extensions, and assignment changes through consistent communication
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers within locum tenens or healthcare staffing
Strong understanding of locum tenens recruiting workflows, including sourcing, credentialing timelines, and assignment logistics
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage providers in competitive, fast-moving markets
Organized approach to managing multiple live assignments and pipelines
Comfort operating in a performance-driven environment with clear production expectations tied to fills, revenue, and profit margins
