Responsibilities
Entering, updating, and removing garnishments and child support orders
Ensuring garnishment calculations and deductions are correct
Verifying 401(k) loans and demographic file feeds
Submitting payroll changes and corrections in ADP
Downloading and auditing payroll reports
Supporting payroll reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
Coordinating with accounting on benefits-related invoicing and reconciliations
Validating, auditing, and inputting payroll data in ADP
Reviewing payroll outputs for accuracy before processing
Total Employees Supported: ~400
Payroll Cycle: Bi-weekly
States Supported: Florida, California, Pennsylvania, Texas
Open enrollment support
Employee benefit activation and deactivation
Ensuring employees are enrolled in the correct plans
Responding to employee benefits questions and concerns
Troubleshooting benefits-related issues
Qualification
Required
Hands-on ADP payroll experience (hard requirement)
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Multi-state payroll exposure, including varying wage, tax, and compliance requirements
Proven attention to detail with an audit-focused mindset
Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees
Willingness and ability to work fully on-site (no hybrid or remote options)
