Responsibilities
Analyze workflows and processes to recommend improvements
Resolve issues related to renewals, invoices, and commissions
Provide customers with updates on pricing, products, and delivery
Review and maintain accurate account assignments; flag issues to sales leadership
Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within Sales Operations
Assist with sales process development and training
Improve operational efficiency through better processes, systems, and best practices
Lead or support cross-functional projects impacting sales operations, analytics, and reporting
Perform data entry and maintain clean, accurate data
Create clear, effective communications for various audiences
Adapt to support new business areas as they are integrated
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience supporting sales teams through data management, process improvement, analytics, and operational execution
Bachelor's degree
7 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and comfortable with requirement to multi-task
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Track record for being detailed-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
Power BI and Tableau knowledge is a plus
