Conducting phone interviews
Preparing candidates to meet hiring managers
Negotiating job offers to get them hired
Researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services
Making initial connections through networking and cold calls
Running in-person meetings and lunches to understand hiring goals
Gathering job requirements and collaborating with the Recruiting team to find candidates
Identifying top talent and matching them with job opportunities
Providing continued support to consultants throughout their careers
Qualification
Required
