Full-cycle accounting for multiple entities
Process Accounts Payable (very detailed process with multiple approvals)
Process Accounts Receivable
Research discrepancies
Post journal entries to the GL
Tracking budget for grants
Contract management
Assist with month end close and preparation of financial statements
Assist with audit
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (ideally within the non-profit space)
Strong knowledge of debit/credits
Detail oriented, strong communication skills, and able to write well-written, grammatically correct emails
Must live in Miami
