Responsibilities
Lead civil site design projects (grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, site layout)
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality from planning through construction
Be the primary client point of contact and drive project execution
Coordinate permitting and approvals with local jurisdictions/agencies
Mentor junior engineers and support proposal efforts/business development
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering
PE highly preferred (open to strong EIT candidates on a clear path to licensure)
8+ years of site/land development experience
Strong leadership, communication, and client-first mindset
