Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response process across multiple concurrent deadlines
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, underwriting, and SMEs to gather inputs and ensure accuracy
Respond to detailed questions related to the company’s business operations, insurance products, and services
Develop and finalize professional proposal documents and presentation materials that are compliant, competitive, and aligned with solicitation requirements
Track deadlines, versions, approvals, and deliverables to ensure timely submission
Identify opportunities to improve proposal efficiency, quality, and win rates through process improvement and best practices
Communicate complex information clearly to internal stakeholders and external audiences when interpretation is required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related experience preparing proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
Strong organizational, time management, and issue-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Preferred
Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
