Responsibilities
Perform field testing of building enclosures, including water penetration, air leakage, and material adhesion testing
Observe and assess installation of air barriers, waterproofing, roofing, walls, windows, and curtain wall systems
Document fieldwork through notes, photos, and clear written reports
Identify and communicate construction or installation issues to project teams
Coordinate testing with contractors and site personnel
Assist senior staff with investigations, mock-ups, and forensic evaluations
Maintain testing equipment and follow all safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Up to 1 year of experience in facilities assessment, construction, or building science
Comfortable working outdoors in hot or humid conditions
Able to climb ladders and carry testing equipment
Valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Building Science or related field
