Inside Sales Representative
SmartFinancial is a fast-growing tech-enabled insurance marketplace that aims to empower insurance agents through innovative technology and support. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to conduct high-volume outreach, educate clients, manage sales cycles, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outreach (150–250 outbound calls/day) to insurance agents and agencies
Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales
Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure
Build and maintain lasting client relationships
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client communications in our CRM system
Qualification
Required
Natural rapport builder — able to quickly connect with people over the phone
Strong phone & interpersonal communication skills; adept at handling objections and closing deals
Proven sales ability; comfort with hitting or exceeding targets
Experience managing full sales cycles
Comfortable working with CRM / sales-automation tools
Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Preferred
Bonus if you have background in B2B sales, inside sales / telesales, digital marketing, insurance sales, or related fields
