Provide comprehensive support that equally encompasses business directives and personal household needs
Masterfully manage complex calendars to ensure conflict-free scheduling for all professional and private engagements
Act as a primary point of contact, maintaining strict confidentiality and minimizing unnecessary interruptions
Coordinate intricate travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
Execute various errands and ad hoc projects to maximize the executive’s time and efficiency
Qualification

A composed, professional, and reserved personality is essential for this role
Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a dual business and personal capacity
Ability to maintain high levels of focus and discretion without excessive conversation
Must be willing to work an hourly schedule with the flexibility for overtime compensation
Strong organizational skills with an ability to anticipate needs before they arise
Preferred
