Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries
Apply cash receipts and support AR functions
Assist with billing for the manufacturing entity
Support fixed asset accounting, including capitalization and depreciation
Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
Support month-end close and general ledger activities
Work closely with the Controller and Senior Staff Accountant on daily accounting operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required)
1-3 years of accounting experience (or strong internship experience)
Solid understanding of debits, credits, and accounting fundamentals
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Preferred
Construction or manufacturing accounting exposure is a plus
Experience with Viewpoint Vista is a plus
