Responsibilities
Provide technical development, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Oracle EBS modules, primarily in Finance and Oracle Projects
Develop and support customizations, extensions, reports, workflows, and integrations
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Support and participate in change management activities, including documentation and compliance requirements
Remediate, validate, and test existing EBS customizations and extensions as part of an EBS upgrade initiative
Work with vendor support teams to identify and implement viable technical solutions
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements
Track deliverables and provide status updates and reporting to management
Apply industry-standard project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
Continuously expand business and technical knowledge to deliver effective solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent industry experience
10-15 years of overall IT or ERP experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x)
5+ years of experience with: Oracle EBS data model and backend table structures; SQL and PL/SQL development; Oracle BI Publisher; Oracle Workflow Builder
Experience supporting Oracle Database 19c or later
Proven experience working in a multi-developer, team-based environment
Strong techno-functional expertise in: Oracle Projects (Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing); Oracle Financials integrations including Inventory, Enterprise Asset Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Time & Labor
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience with Oracle APEX application development
Technical development experience in Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), including personalization and extensions
Experience supporting or participating in Oracle EBS upgrades (e.g., 12.2.10 to 12.2.15)
