Responsibilities

Partner with IT Project Management, Labeling, ERP, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) teams
Support Labeling Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects
Coordinate work between Data Engineers and business teams on Cheetah and Moonshine ERP initiatives
Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and documentation
Support organizational change management, reporting, and project documentation in a regulated environment

Required

2-4 years of Project Management experience (non‑negotiable)
Experience leading or supporting technical or IT‑driven projects
Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable working in a regulated environment
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (hybrid approach)
Familiarity with PPM tools (Planview preferred; Smartsheet exposure helpful)
