Responsibilities
Execute existing laboratory workflows from experimental planning through data analysis
Identify, document, and escalate protocol deviations or data quality issues
Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments; troubleshoot issues as needed
Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to lab safety standards
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of laboratory methods and protocols
Provide feedback on workflows and contribute to solutions that improve efficiency, throughput, and data quality
Collaborate with internal research teams on advanced analytical methodologies
Facilitate coordination with internal and external collaborators as needed
Adapt to schedule changes and respond to urgent laboratory needs when required
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with molecular biology, microbiology, and/or biochemistry techniques
Practical experience with Flow Cytometry
Familiarity with laboratory data analysis tools and methodologies
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and handling of chemical and biological materials
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of laboratory or research experience
Flow Cytometry
Molecular Biology
Experimental execution, documentation, and protocol adherence
Preferred
Master's or PhD in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or related field)
Experience in high-throughput research environments, including liquid handling systems
Familiarity working within multidisciplinary research teams
Experience with tissue culture
Prior industry or commercial laboratory experience
