Electrical Assembly I - 3rd Shift

Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Assemble plastic panels, aluminum frames, and electrical components using hand tools, small cordless tools, and basic machinery to meet quality and cost standards
Perform detailed quality checks on parts, subassemblies, and completed products, ensuring alignment with specifications and production timelines
Collaborate closely with your team while following job-tracking procedures, standard work instructions, and all safety guidelines
Support production flow through general warehouse tasks, inventory movement, material handling, cleaning, and small machine operation as needed
Expand your technical knowledge by learning materials, components, and terminology—while participating in Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts
Carry out additional duties assigned by your manager, including obtaining forklift certification if required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
This role requires reading, writing, and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English
Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs
Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently
Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement
