Account Manager- Physical Security
Stark Tech is a leading Security/AV/HVAC/ATC integrator in New England, and they are seeking a full time Account Manager- Physical Security. The role involves developing and delivering physical security solutions while working closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
The Account Manager- Physical Security works primarily in the field and partners closely with inside sales, engineering, and operations to develop and deliver access control, video surveillance, and related physical security solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in physical security integration or low-voltage systems
Proven track record of new business development and new-logo acquisition
Experience selling project-based solutions with multi stakeholder buying processes
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
Preferred
Experience selling access control, video surveillance, and enterprise security platforms (e.g., Avigilon, Genetec, LenelS2, Axis, etc.)
Experience with public sector, K-12, higher education, healthcare, or enterprise customers
Familiarity with RFPs, bids, and formal procurement processes
Existing relationships within the assigned territory
