Responsibilities
Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audio/visual and video conferencing equipment
Set up and support Zoom Rooms, Poly video conferencing hardware, and microphone systems
Provide day-to-day PC and laptop support within a LAN environment
Perform basic TCP/IP network configuration and troubleshooting
Monitor, maintain, and coordinate repair or replacement of AV and IT equipment
Learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment with minimal training
Deliver responsive, professional technical support to firm users
Assist with equipment setup, including lifting/moving hardware as needed
Travel occasionally to support other office locations and work overtime when required
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience supporting AV systems and video conferencing technology
Working knowledge of PCs, LAN environments, and networking fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required
Preferred
Experience with AV over IP/Dante systems
Adobe Premiere Pro
relevant certifications is a plus
