Responsibilities

Ability to leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver timely, relevant, and impactful communications across the customer/donor lifecycle
Experience supporting program marketing, fundraising, or annual giving communications
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, personalization, and deliverability
Working knowledge of HTML for email production and troubleshooting
Comfort using data to segment audiences and inform strategy

Required

Working knowledge of HTML for email production and troubleshooting
Comfort using data to segment audiences and inform strategy
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in email or digital marketing with hands on campaign execution
Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder)
