Responsibilities

Support mainly employee relations and performance management initiatives
Advise leadership on partner and associate matters
Strengthen feedback practices
Serve as a neutral resource for mediation and conflict resolution
Work with an existing employee handbook
Bring structure and consistency to areas such as Year‑End Reviews (YER)
Develop and institutionalize 30/60/90‑day feedback and review processes
Facilitate honest, constructive conversations
Guide leadership and employees through discussions around performance, development, and long‑term fit within the firm

Required

8-10+ years of professional HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
Bachelor's degree required
Skilled in mediation, performance feedback, and sensitive employee matters
Ability to operate independently in a highly part‑time, advisory capacity

Preferred

Experience supporting professional services environments (law firm experience preferred, but not required)
It is preferred that candidates sit on the east coast
