Responsibilities

Define, build, and deploy data decision systems needed for SoC products' high-volume manufacturing operations across foundry, chip probe, assembly, burn-in, final test, and system-level test to drive proactive problem identification and solutions to ensure on-time SOC delivery of high quality
Use product and manufacturing line data to drive improvements in supply planning (versus demand) forecasts to drive readiness across the manufacturing supply chain
Create real-time data views, reporting, and indicators to enable execution teams. Achieve this by creating necessary performance metrics across yield, test time, cycle time, DPPM, and utilization throughout the manufacturing flow
Utilize AI/ML models and data analysis tools to identify trends that may impact product delivery schedules, quantity/quality, and recommend corrective actions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in SoC manufacturing development and production ramp
Experience with data types and data systems across foundries, OSATs, equipment, and turnkey chip suppliers
Experience working with semiconductor fabrication technologies, yield analysis, and process lifecycles, and managing cost and quality initiatives in production

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, a related degree, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in wafer-probe cards, ATE hardware, and managing suppliers on the execution of test hardware development and bring-up at OSATs
Experience across all test insertions, from chip probe to final test/SLT, to finished goods
Experience in foundry and OSAT operations management, including managing yield improvements, diagnosing/resolving equipment-related yield losses, and test flow/insertion optimizations
Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) to proactively identify problem areas impacting quality or cost in the manufacturing flow
