Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project plans across Phase 2 and Phase 3 workstreams
Coordinate sequencing of application enablement and integration activities across D365, LIMS, Empower CDS, and MES
Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; manage critical path and schedule risks
Facilitate sprint/iteration planning and retrospectives with delivery teams
Ensure alignment between EVT delivery activities and client program timelines
Serve as primary point of contact for client project leadership and program management office
Facilitate weekly status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive briefings
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and decisions
Coordinate with vendor teams (application vendors, infrastructure partners) on dependencies and handoffs
Support change control processes and scope management discussions
Identify, document, and track project risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies
Escalate critical risks and blockers to appropriate leadership levels
Maintain assumptions log and validate assumptions throughout project lifecycle
Monitor resource constraints and coordinate with leadership on capacity planning
Ensure project activities align with pharmaceutical compliance requirements (GxP, CSV)
Support validation documentation requirements and evidence collection processes
Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, decision logs, and action registers
Coordinate design reviews, gate approvals, and formal sign-off processes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years managing cloud infrastructure or application implementation projects
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream technology programs
Experience with Time & Materials engagement models and effort tracking
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
Direct experience managing Azure cloud migration, implementation, or modernization projects
Familiarity with Azure services including compute, networking, identity, and integration (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions)
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM) and DevOps practices
Experience coordinating cloud architecture and engineering teams
3+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments
Understanding of GxP requirements, CSV (Computer System Validation), and regulatory compliance considerations
Familiarity with data integrity principles (ALCOA+) and audit/traceability requirements
Experience managing projects involving ERP, MES, LIMS, or QMS systems
Preferred
Experience with Japanese pharmaceutical companies or multinational pharma programs
Familiarity with ISA-95/Purdue Model for OT/IT environments
Experience managing projects involving Azure Service Bus or enterprise integration platforms
Background in consulting or professional services delivery
