Responsibilities
Manage vehicle requirement development and implementation across internal teams and suppliers
Develop and use tooling to support requirements tracking, verification, and dashboarding
Own the vehicle change control board process and manage configuration changes
Track prototype vehicle configurations throughout the development lifecycle
Document issues and manage them to closure using tracking systems
Support trade studies to balance competing technical and program requirements
Identify and close integration gaps between vehicle subsystems
Contribute to platform-level systems engineering processes for vehicle programs
Create and guide execution of vehicle system test programs
Analyze test data, field issues, and defects, and support resolution efforts
Plan and execute safety-critical system tests (e.g., thermal, crash, durability)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or similar), or 2+ years of equivalent hands-on experience in an automotive lab or technical support environment
Experience managing technical requirements, configurations, or change control processes
Strong project management skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documenting technical findings in tools such as Jira and formal reports
Preferred
Experience with requirements databases and requirements management tooling
Experience with data analysis and visualization, including creating plots or dashboards from log data using tools such as Python (pandas/matplotlib), Tableau, or Jira dashboards
Experience working with automotive OEM evaluation processes and facilities
Understanding of major automotive systems (powertrain, thermal, motion control, electrical power)
Strong root-cause analysis mindset
