They are seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to manage user accounts, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain e-learning courses while collaborating with various departments to align learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, roles and permissions within the LMS
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolutions
Upload and maintain e-learning courses, videos and assessments, ensuring course content is compliant with SCORM/XAPi and functions properly
Develop and maintain user guides, FAQS, and training materials
Report generation and analysis for user engagement, course completion and compliance
Collaborate with HR, Compliance and other departments to align learning initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years system administration experience with an LMS
Experience with formal or informal project management and ability to see project from initiation to execution
Knowledgeable in E-learning Software (Articulate, Captivate or equivalent)
Preferred
BS/BA preferred
