Associate Manager, Field Marketing (Remote / Flexible)

The Associate Manager, US Field Marketing Tools will support marketing efforts for field sales, manage relationships with stakeholders, and drive the execution of marketing tools to ensure the growth of the diabetes business.

Responsibilities
Sales Tool Execution: Collaborate on strategy, planning and execution of new field sales tools including digital sales aids
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely development and approval of materials
Collaborate with CRM, Sales Enablement, and Training teams to ensure integration of new tools and platforms
Align with US HCP Marketing and Global Product Marketing for consistent messaging and campaign execution across all diabetes segments
Maintain compliance and cross functional development alongside MLR/Veeva submission and approval processes
Develop launch plans for new tools including integrating into new hire and ongoing training plans
Support collaboration with US Marketing Events team to utilize sales tools and strategies for national and local events
Track against KPIs to measure tool effectiveness and adoption
Gain insights through field travel to digest feedback, evaluate tools, and message recall initiatives
Partner with external agencies for ongoing evaluation and optimization of tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
5 or more years of work experience in marketing or a related field
Experience developing sales/marketing tools for existing and new product lines
Understanding of end-to-end marketing processes for system and workflow optimization
Experience in developing and fostering relationships
Self-starter that possesses a high degree intellectual curiosity and drive
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
Detail-savvy, organized and quick learner
Preferred
Diabetes knowledge or experience preferred
2 or more years of medical device or pharmaceutical industry marketing experience preferred
Ability to analyze insights and transform those insights into enhancements for future development of marketing tools
Collaborate closely with all cross-functional team members including legal, regulatory, managed care, clinical, training, medical education, executive leadership and sales to ensure streamlined processes for field-related projects and activities
Communicates effectively with stakeholders at various levels and can works cross-functionally with technical and business professionals
Ability to work autonomously and take strong accountability and ownership of multiple projects
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle competing and changing priorities, resources, and time demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams
Ability to build dynamic customer presentations in multiple formats including but not limited to PowerPoint, Prezi, Tiled, Ceros
