Lead Well Analyst (Well Maintenance & Monitoring)
EHRA Engineering is seeking a Lead Well Analyst for their Well Maintenance & Monitoring team. This role is responsible for leading technical analysis, field coordination, and reporting related to groundwater well performance testing, ensuring data accuracy and safety compliance while supporting long-term well performance planning.

Responsibilities
Oversee preventative maintenance and performance testing programs for water wells, including wire-to-water testing, motor vibration analysis, and electrical performance monitoring
Coordinate and support field testing activities, ensuring proper setup, execution, and removal of testing equipment prior to and following test events
Direct collection of flow, water level, pressure, RPM, vibration, voltage, and amperage data at defined intervals throughout testing durations
Ensure testing activities are conducted safely, in coordination with plant operators, and in accordance with EHRA safety standards
Review, analyze, and validate field data related to static and pumping water levels, flow rates, motor performance, vibration trends, and electrical readings
Prepare comprehensive technical reports summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations for maintenance, rehabilitation, or further investigation
Provide clear written and verbal communication of results to internal teams and external clients
Evaluate test data to identify performance degradation, maintenance needs, or rehabilitation opportunities
Support development of maintenance and monitoring programs for municipal and utility clients
Collaborate with engineering and drilling teams to support rehabilitation planning and execution
Serve as a technical lead for well maintenance and monitoring efforts
Mentor and support technicians and junior staff involved in testing and data collection activities
Coordinate schedules, field logistics, and reporting timelines with project managers and clients
Participate in client meetings to discuss testing programs, findings, and recommendations
Ensure adherence to EHRA quality standards, safety policies, and applicable regulations
Assist in development and refinement of internal testing procedures, standards, and best practices
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to groundwater wells and performance testing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of experience in well testing, groundwater monitoring, water facilities, or related technical roles
Strong understanding of groundwater well systems, pumping equipment, and performance testing methodologies
Ability to analyze and interpret technical data related to flow, water levels, vibration, and electrical performance
Proficiency with data collection tools, testing equipment, and standard office software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and lead field-based technical efforts
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
Preferred
Experience with preventative maintenance testing, performance testing, and technical reporting
