Responsibilities
System Design: Collaborate with finance, accounting & operations to design improvements & automation within our property management system & other integrated systems to facilitate a more automated & streamlined workflow
Software Migration, Implementations & integrations: Oversee migrations of acquired properties into our property management system and assist the Manager of Investment Management in new software implementations
Strategy Development: Work with Manager of Investment Management to develop a company wide system strategy from software selection to implementation and administration
Compliance and Administration: Proactively ensure system wide compliance of property management system entailing overseeing administration of system settings and correcting human errors
Team Management: Manage a team of system & compliance analysts ensuring timely completion of monthly tasks and short to mid-term goals
Training & SOP Creation: Oversee development of Standard Operating Procedures, Software/Database Documentation & Creation of Training Materials for Internal & On-Site staff
Qualification
Required
Advanced Proficiency in Property Management System Administration; Entrata, Appfolio, and/or Yardi preferred but not required
Proficiency in SQL or other comparable database languages
A bachelor's degree in information systems or 6 Years of relevant experience in system administration/management
A basic understanding of Accrual Accounting
A High-level critical thinker who can creatively solve problems
