Responsibilities
Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows to maximize productivity and reduce waste
Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and cost reductions
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and layout optimization for manufacturing facilities
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track progress on improvement initiatives
Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline
Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement
Proficiency in Six Sigma tools and techniques (Green Belt preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and statistical process control
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing analytics tools
Ability to lead small-scale improvement projects independently
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
