Sales Representative – PTC Solutions (Creo, Windchill, Codebeamer)
3 HTi is a trusted Value-Added Reseller of PTC software solutions, specializing in helping manufacturing companies enhance product development and efficiency. They are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow new business and expand existing accounts by selling high-value PTC solutions, engaging with customers to understand their challenges and position technology as a strategic solution.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new opportunities through outbound activity, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business goals
Position PTC solutions as part of an end-to-end digital thread strategy
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo coordination → proposal → close
Work closely with technical and services teams to deliver the right solution
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce
Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and prospects
Stay current on PTC products, industry trends, and manufacturing challenges
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience (software or technical sales preferred)
Experience selling to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial companies is a plus
Strong communication, discovery, and listening skills
Comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple business terms
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
