Responsibilities
Evaluate and help drive adoption of new technologies, analytical tools, and data sets to enhance competitive and operational intelligence
Assist in developing proprietary models and dashboards to improve performance visibility and forecasting accuracy
Synthesize insights for internal and external stakeholders to influence long‑term strategy
Develop and present business cases for acquisitions, divestitures, and capital investments
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer dynamics to identify future opportunities
Monitor and report on relevant industry publications, policy developments, and market indicators
Perform portfolio benchmarking and market/competitor analysis
Support earnings analysis for healthcare REITs and healthcare operators
Complete ad hoc analytical projects, reporting, and research as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled Junior at a four‑year college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Must be able to work full‑time in New York City, NY for 10 weeks during Summer 2026
Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses
Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and cross‑functional relationships in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Experience with Python, R, SQL, and/or Alteryx
