Customer Service Rep ISS - Full Time - Variable Shift
INTEGRIS Health is Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, offering a great opportunity for a Customer Service Rep ISS in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will work with the telecommunications services team to provide exceptional care to customers, assisting with service requests and handling emergency calls.

Responsibilities
Operate various software used in the Communications and/or Integrated Support Services departments, to include AMCOM, Teletracking, etc
Handle emergency service calls and stress
Gather the proper information and route it to the appropriate resource or department, either by work orders or other service means
Operates the overhead paging system in emergency situations
Understanding all emergency management codes and their responsibilities when these codes are activated
Use good telephone etiquette when answering calls for service
To provide limited departmental training as needed
Reports to the Lead/Manager communications center
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements

Office environment
When transporting patients potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Must follow standard precautions

Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
Ability to operate various software used in the Communications and/or Integrated Support Services departments, to include AMCOM, Teletracking, etc
Ability to handle emergency service calls and stress

Ability to operate the overhead paging system in emergency situations
Understanding of all emergency management codes and their responsibilities when these codes are activated

Ability to provide limited departmental training as needed
Ability to report to the Lead/Manager communications center
Ability to meet additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements
Ability to work in an office environment
Ability to follow standard precautions when transporting patients and potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals
Preferred
Prefer 2 years experience in a customer support service department within food, housekeeping, dispatch, plant operations management, or linen
Call center/dispatch experience preferred
For current Deaconess incumbent(s) only at the time of acquisition (10/1/18) High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Computer literacy in Microsoft applications and the ability to type 35 wpm
