Benefits Account Manager

The Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for serving Benefits clients and delivering a client experience that meets the agency's quality and service standards.

Responsibilities
Serving Benefits clients (small groups of 2-99), including both client companies and their employees
Leading pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes
Serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions and regulatory changes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of employee benefits experience, to include group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products
Experience with self-funded plan a plus
Well versed in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communications
Proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe
Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license, to be obtained within sixty days of employment and maintained throughout employment
2-5 years of relevant experience
High school or equivalent
Preferred
Experience with BenefitPoint ImageRight is helpful
Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful
