Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to identify and prioritize appropriate use cases for AI tools
Drive the identification and prioritization of automation use cases with stakeholders across the Finance organization to ensure we are applying automation solutions with the most impact
Develop and deploy solutions to improve workflows using existing intelligent automation technologies within the Netflix application portfolio (e.g., Gemini, Zapier and others)
Partner with engineering teams and participate in design sessions, helping to enable the design and scaling of intelligent automation solutions
Facilitate user acceptance testing, document the test results, and help procure business approvals
Own the change management and communication when going live with a new process and/or automation
Develop and deploy intelligent automation training curricula to upskill our Finance workforce and drive GenAI adoption
Qualification
Required
7+ years of overall hands-on experience designing and building intelligent automation solutions such as RPA, ML, and AI to improve workflows
Proven ability to prototype solutions and work cross-functionally to enable the design and scaling of intelligent automation solutions
Experience building AI agents that are scalable using existing technology platforms
Demonstrated proficiency using automation tools and GenAI solutions like Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Zapier, Automation Anywhere, UiPathCelonis, and others
Expertise in performing process analysis and a strong understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes
Effective cross-functional collaborator with creative and technical teams
Passion for continuous learning and thought leadership in AI
