Responsibilities

Develop and execute ISO 20022 enterprise strategy across business units and technology platforms
Oversee multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of strategic objectives
Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects in a matrixed environment
Drive adoption and compliance with ISO 20022 messaging standards for payment processing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Data Governance, Operations, Technology, Compliance) to define roadmap and deliverables
Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting ISO 20022 implementation
Establish governance frameworks for strategy execution and ongoing maintenance
Provide subject matter expertise on ISO 20022 to internal teams and external stakeholders
Define KPIs and success metrics for ISO 20022 implementation and report progress to senior leadership
Facilitate Executive Steering Committees and working groups to drive decision-making and alignment
Prepare and deliver executive communications, including bi-weekly status updates and strategic presentations
Ensure risk management and compliance throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required

Strong knowledge of ISO 20022 standards, payment systems, and regulatory frameworks
Experience with enterprise architecture and integration for payment systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate strategy into execution
Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and work independently
Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments; comfortable with ambiguity
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written
Skilled in creating clear documentation and compelling visual presentations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Collaborative team player with ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
