Revenue Strategy Program Manager
Skaled Consulting is focused on enhancing revenue strategies for multiple clients, and they are seeking a Revenue Strategy Program Manager to lead operational and delivery efforts. This role involves creating actionable execution plans for go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective project management, and maintaining strong communication and reporting throughout client engagements.
Responsibilities
Own the operational setup and ongoing optimization of Asana for the Revenue Strategy Practice. Maintain standardized project templates, task structures, milestone frameworks, and dashboards aligned to GTM delivery motions
Partner with the Practice Head and Ops to continuously improve templates and ensure they reflect evolving revenue delivery best practices
Ensure every engagement is set up cleanly and consistently from day one so execution is scalable and trackable
For each client engagement, gather initial roadmap inputs from the Lead Consultant and transform them into a detailed, sequenced delivery roadmap with owners, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Ensure the roadmap is realistic, profitable, and achievable
Ensure every engagement maintains both: a next up list (near-term initiatives) and a backlog list (longer-term initiatives)
Ensure client roadmaps are continuously updated and structured consistently across all engagements
Bring tactical fluency to planning and execution—understanding how revenue initiatives typically get delivered and where projects commonly break (data quality, CRM hygiene, process misalignment, stakeholder readiness, enablement gaps, tool limitations, integration dependencies, adoption risk)
Use this knowledge to:
Sequence work correctly (Strategy → Design → Configure/Implement → Enable → Deploy)
Surface blockers early
Pressure-test timelines and effort assumptions
Prevent avoidable rework due to missing inputs, unclear ownership, or misaligned dependencies
Run the internal weekly production meetings for each client engagement
Drive agenda, track action items, and escalate issues proactively
Ensure meetings result in clear weekly execution direction, fast resolution of blockers, and shared understanding of current work and upcoming milestones
Monitor for off-roadmap asks and scope drift using meeting summaries, Asana updates, and consultant feedback. Flag to the engagement lead and Practice Lead any requests that are outside scope, lack clear ROI, or threaten timeline/margin. Maintain lightweight change-control discipline to protect delivery outcomes and profitability
Actively work to keep engagements pacing ahead of plan when possible by:
Identifying when consultants have extra capacity and where work can be accelerated
Ensuring overages are flagged, discussed, and tied back to an agreed approach (change order, de-scope, or reprioritization)
Escalating weekly to the Practice Lead when margin risk or acceleration opportunities exist
Partner with Ops and Practice Head on reporting infrastructure (dashboards, standard reporting views) for the Revenue Strategy Practice’s book
Contribute to and produce weekly reporting summaries including: delivery health, roadmap progress, risks, margin pacing, scope drift, and key milestones
Qualification
Required
Strong GTM and Revenue Operations fluency
Ability to pressure-test feasibility and identify delivery risks early
Experience in operational setup and ongoing optimization of project management tools like Asana
Ability to gather initial roadmap inputs and transform them into detailed, sequenced delivery roadmaps
Tactical fluency to planning and execution in revenue initiatives
Experience running internal production meetings and driving agendas
Ability to monitor engagement economics, margin oversight, and pacing management
Experience in producing weekly reporting summaries on delivery health, roadmap progress, risks, margin pacing, and key milestones
Ability to maintain accurate, updated next up and backlog lists for every engagement
Experience in detecting scope creep early and handling it with appropriate change-control action
Ability to manage projects to remain economically healthy through active pacing management and proactive overage flagging
Experience in ensuring internal meetings are effective with clear blockers and next actions
Ability to provide leadership with decision-ready views of delivery, pacing, and priorities through weekly summaries and dashboards
