Responsibilities
Develop practical skills in data analysis and financial modeling through on-the-job training and mentorship
Receive comprehensive training in Asset Liability Management (ALM) modeling, gaining insight into how financial institutions manage risk and optimize performance
Learn the end-to-end production workflow by shadowing team members and interviewing subject matter experts to understand processes and best practices
Lead a key project to create brand-new departmental procedures, documenting policies, workflows, and regulatory reporting standards to enhance efficiency and compliance
Get hands-on experience solving business needs

Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university
Rising College Juniors, Seniors, Graduate Students, or Thrive Scholars
Strong written and communication skills
