Call Center Representative
Diverse Lynx is seeking a Call Center Representative who is a customer service professional responsible for handling incoming and/or outgoing calls. The role focuses on answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within a pediatric primary care setting.

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns or complaints
Provide accurate information and appropriate technical or service support
Demonstrate strong active listening skills to understand caller needs
Identify issues, analyze situations, and deliver effective solutions
Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience
Bilingual (facility-specific requirement)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
Extensive phone experience
Computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems
High School Diploma or GED
