The role involves assisting with artwork submissions, maintaining licensing pages, and ensuring all art meets compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Assist with submission of artwork - submissions, responses, pending, approvals
Release Holds for non-pending artwork orders
Misc. tasks from licensing manager
Review all licensed event artwork that is flagged to be reviewed. Review proper marks, verbiage and colors
Review licensing holds report to review pending orders. Notify ASA when adjusting ship dates due to an order waiting approval from an institution
Contact for any questions relating to Gear licensed artwork from sales reps or ASA's
Maintain institutions' licensing pages, working with Sr Artist to update pages when notified
Submits sample orders required by institutions through ASA's and ships when ready
Work with art design to review specific sketch requests
Review Art Complete Licensor Art Approval Report to view artwork complete but order on hold
Submit artwork for patch and SMU designs for approval prior to production overseas
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred
College degree in Sports Management, Communications or Business
One – three years of experience working with quality review
Oracle experience
