Partner closely with the Executive Producer to deliver exceptional work
Influence and motivate others through strong leadership, clear direction, and constructive feedback
Promote a culture of hospitality, accountability, and achievement
Grow accounts and develop the team that supports them
Build repeatable processes and strong client touchpoints that drive extraordinary results
Stay informed about the client’s business, the competitive landscape, and relevant industry news
Balance immediate project needs with long-term account planning and relationship development
Manage multiple projects at once, tracking many moving parts and shifting priorities without missing details
