Responsibilities
Support and improve manufacturing execution systems
Configure, maintain, and optimize Factory Logix MES workflows
Translate PCBA processes into Factory Logix (e.g., SMT and through-hole assembly, inspection results, work instructions)
Release and support production work orders
Manage customer documentation
Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
Support ISO 9001/ISO 13485 compliance and audits
Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing systems and data accuracy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment
Experience in PCBA
Experience with Factory Logix or similar MES
Understanding of SMT and through-hole processing and inspection
Ability to read schematics, drawings, Gerber files, and BOMs
Strong attention to detail and process control mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with IPC standards
Preferred
Familiarity with ISO-regulated manufacturing
